The Minko Project Inc Switches Gears

August 2020

Thoughtful exploration of the needs of people experiencing chronic homelessness in the Reno/Sparks, NV sparked a moment of growth and change for The Minko Project Inc. 
To best serve the homeless in our community, The Minko Project has redefined itself as a Mobile Headquarters. 
This transformation allows Minko's Project to reach members of the homeless population that are most astranged from the rest of the community. 
By putting our operation at their doorstep, so to speak, we believe it expresses a sense of caring and compassion. Also, we believe people will be more receptive of us if they are able to remain in an environment that they feel comfortable in.
We hope that a greater impact can be made by making our services easily accessible and conveniently located.
In addition to the transformation of our operation we have reconstructed our organization's website. We hope you find it enjoyable and informative!
